DisabledVeteranResource.com was created to assist disabled veterans with resources for everyday life, employment, healthcare, education and other services, as well as other positive feedback that will be valuable to all veterans.
There will be thousands of veterans who will begin to return from Iraq and Afghanistan in the next few years, as indicated in the news. Our veterans have been an important topic with the new administration. There are options for veterans in transition to improve the quality of life. For those weary soldiers who have served specifically since September 11, 2001 we should ask the following question...
When should a veteran seek resources?
Answer: Immediately. Before leaving the military or immediately after.
Why?
Answer: There are valuable services for healthcare, employment, education and more available for the veteran who served our country in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.
Why?
Answer: Because you are our HEROS and we salute and honor you for all you have done to maintain our status as the good ole USA and the Land of the Free. Veterans deserve it!
